FIRST BOARD MEETING

First board meeting of the chapter was held on 21-12-08 at Udai Vilas Palace Bharatpur. Bharatpur which is famous for its KEVLA DEV BIRD CENTURY is a internationally famed tourist place.Birds from all over the world visits this place in this season. Forty four members were present at the meeting. Jc Nitin Manglik past ZVP was the key note speaker of the day and Jc Bharat Agarwal Past EVP was present there as a guest. Compendium for 2009 was given to all the board members. Compendium consists of annual planner budget Astha card, Duties of officers etc. Some important decisions were taken during the meeting . Meeting was a tremendous success.

INSTALLATION DAY

45th INSTALLATION DAY of the chapter was celebrated on 14-01-09 at the auditorium of Chamber Of Commerce Gwalior.Chief guest of the programme was Sh ANOOP MISHRA Minister of ENERGY,PUBLIC WELFARE & HEALTH,& MEDICAL SCIENCE. As the Guest of honour Sh VIVEK NARAYAN SHEJWALKAR MAYOR GWALIOR & Sh PRASHANT TRIVEDI G.M. BSNL GWALIOR were at the dice.Oath officer was Z.V.P..Jc Prakash Lokwani.All the past presidents of the chapter and the VIPs of the city were present there.DEEPAK BANSAL PRESIDENT 2009 took oath along with his young & enthusiastic team. In his speech he assured that some thing concrete will be done for the development of the city which will give good promotion to the chapter and everybody will get associated with JC feelings. Programme was a good success and every body admired the programme.

REPUBLIC DAY

26 th JANUARY THE REPUBLIC DAY OF OUR COUNTRY WAS ORGANISED BY THE CHAPTER AT BALLABH BAL MANDIR SCHOOL NAYA BAZAR GWALIOR WITH THE HEART FULL OF PATRIOTISM AND LOVE FOR COUNTRY. C.G. OF THE PROGRAMME WAS Sh P.J.MAHESHWARI CHIEF MANAGER PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK .AFTER FLAG HOSTING AND NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMANCES WAS GIVEN BY SCHOOL CHILDREN. STATIONERY FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN WAS DISTRIBUTED AND A LARGE SLIDE WAS GIFTED TO THE SCHOOL BY THE CHAPTER SO THAT THE CHILDRENS CAN HAVE FUN ALONG WITH THE STUDIES.

NEARLY 40 PEOPLES WERE PRESENT AT THE FUNCTION AND 60 SCHOOL CHILDRENS WERE THERE AT THE SCHOOL. AT THE END OF THE DAY EVERY BODY WAS IN LOVE FOR HIS COUNTRY.

BASANT PANCHAMI

JCT WING OF JCI GWALIOR CELEBRATED BASANT PANCHAMI ON 31st JANUARY. ALL THE JCT WERE IN YELLOW DRESSES AND THE ORIENTATION OF ALL JCT WAS DONE AT THE OCCASSION. BOARD MEETING OF THE WING WAS CONDUCTED ON THE SAME DAY.THE BEST PARTICIPANT WAS GIVEN A FABULOUS PRIZE.THE DAY WAS CELEBRATED WITH FULL INDIAN TRADITION.
